Laboratory testing

To measure is to know!

Before you can be treated for your symptoms, it is good to know what factors may be causing the symptoms now. Many times there are chronic complaints or problems for which no cause has yet been found. If, after the comprehensive history (approximately 150 questions and an extensive interview), it appears that there is reason for further investigation, it may be determined by mutual agreement to perform laboratory tests. After all, measuring is knowing!

Various methodologies based on urine, feces and blood tests can be used for this purpose. Read more about the fecal examination and healthy gut flora in this knowledge base.

I work closely with RP-Analytico which is ISO certified.

My practice stands for a results-oriented methodology by identifying and treating the underlying causes more than just treating the symptoms.

Much of my research is gut-based, specifically gut health (mircrobiota and gut immunity). Most chronic diseases have their origin in an alteration of the intestinal microbiota (gut flora). It often turns out that in the (microbiological and immunological) processes in the intestines lies the key to health or disease.
