Despite this fact, most Dutch people sit in the office all day and relax after work. Sitting increases the risk of back problems, obesity-related diseases and shortens our lifespan. Many of us have such busy schedules that it&#8217;s hard to schedule a workout in there.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">But staying physically active throughout the day is easier than you think! It is not only good for your health but also for your brain and productivity. We publish 45 tips in 9 series of 5 to stay active while at work. (5 sec 15 times)<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #63a72a;\">\u29bf<\/span> Hand squeeze<br \/>\nPlace your hands together (namaste gesture) and push them like this<br \/>\nfirmly against each other as possible. (20 sec)<br \/>\n\u29bf <span style=\"color: #63a72a;\">S<\/span> houlder press<br \/>\nReach your shoulders and elbows as far behind your back as possible to<br \/>\neach other. (5 sec repeat 5 times)<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #63a72a;\">\u29bf<\/span> Tip added<br \/>\nStand on your toes while tightening your leg muscles.
