
{"id":31974,"date":"2018-01-12T10:15:00","date_gmt":"2018-01-12T10:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bodyswitch.nl\/sugar-free-oatmeal-cookies\/"},"modified":"2018-01-12T10:15:00","modified_gmt":"2018-01-12T10:15:00","slug":"sugar-free-oatmeal-cookies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bodyswitch.nl\/en\/sugar-free-oatmeal-cookies\/","title":{"rendered":"Sugar-free oatmeal cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you want to sin once in a while, do it in a healthy way \ud83d\ude42 Cookies<\/p>\n<p>You make a big &#8220;griddle cake&#8221; that you can break into pieces later.<\/p>\n<p>What do you need.<\/p>\n<p>* 100 grams of whole wheat (spelt) flour<\/p>\n<p>* 100 grams of oatmeal<\/p>\n<p>* 100 grams of unsulphured raisins<\/p>\n<p>* About 8 dates (seedless and unsweetened!)<\/p>\n<p>* half level teaspoon of salt<\/p>\n<p>* Also add a teaspoon of spice or cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>* 1 teaspoon (tartar) baking powder<\/p>\n<p>* 100 grams of creamed butter or coconut fat (extra virgin)<\/p>\n<p>* 2 teaspoons (goat) milk<\/p>\n<p>Optionally add extra; 1 teaspoon speculoos, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon carob powder<\/p>\n<p>Put the raisins in the food processor and turn it on briefly until the raisins are well chopped.<\/p>\n<p>Mix together all the ingredients except the butter and milk in a large bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add the butter and knead the dough until it looks like bread crumbs.<\/p>\n<p>Add 2 teaspoons of milk to make a nice cohesive (but not too wet) dough.<\/p>\n<p>Put the dough in a sealed container or plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.<\/p>\n<p>Then flatten the dough into a baking pan lined with wrapping paper.<\/p>\n<p>Bake the cookies in the oven for 15-25 minutes until light brown (baking time depends on your oven)<\/p>\n<p>Carefully lift the baking sheet from the baking pan and cut into strips. The cookies are fairly fragile, especially when still warm.<\/p>\n<p>When the cookies are completely cooled, you can store them in a drum\/ tupperware box<\/p>\n<p>NB: the crumbs are delicious in yogurt \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy your meal!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you want to sin once, do it in a healthy way \ud83d\ude42 Cookies You make a big &#8220;griddle cake&#8221; that you can break into pieces later.
